Boss, London, best lightweight sidelock 12ga. game gun, ca. 1905. Weight: 6 lbs.10oz. Stock dimensions: 14 5/8"x 1 1/2"x 2 3/8"x 1/4" cast-off. Superb 28" chopper lump steel barrels with 2 3/4" chambers and absolutely mint bores (.732"/.732"), choked .008"/.015", and wall thickness of .028"/.028". Beautifully scroll engraved action and locks. Boss single trigger, ejectors, automatic safety. Highly figured straight grip stock and beaver tail forend beautifully and properly refinished in as new condition. Silver's pad. This stunning little gun, completed in 1905 as one of a trio, was rebarreled and totally refurbished by Boss in 1940 and has not seen any significant use since that time. Absolutely lovely little game gun.
