Bertuzzi, "Chuck Yeager Commemorative", 12ga. O/U game gun made in a limited edition series of 100 of which this is number 27, made in 1989. Weight: 7 lbs. 7 oz. Stock dimensions: 14 1/2"x 1 1/4"x 2 3/8"x 1/4" cast-off. Superb 28" barrels with 2 3/4" chambers have mint bores (.722"/.722") and complete set of five interchangeable choke tubes. Beautiful bold scroll engraving with very fine, bulino engraved, flush gold inlays and signed by the artist. Highly figured walnut stock and splinter forend. Original maker's case with accessories. Overall this fine shotgun shows little evidence of use and is priced at a real bargain considering this gun cost $12,500 when it was made in 1989. |
