Our own faithful reproduction of an original nipple wrench found in only the finest cased rifle and shotgun sets of the 19th century. The T-shaped tool disassembles into two pieces to make it more compact and fits in its own leather pouch. The brass caps on the beautifully blued handle unscrew to reveal compartments that will hold two spare nipples and, just like the original, a hardened steel nipple-prick is contained within the shaft of the wrench. This is a tool no good percussion cased set should be without and original period wrenches are a bit scarce. Ours can be aged a bit and are absolutely indistinguishable from the originals. Will fit square shouldered nipples only. Never offered anywhere before in this quality.
